CRITICS RIP PLAN TO MOVE STATE AGENCY TO MIDDLETON

 

A proposal to relocate the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions to an office building in Middleton is being decried by state and local officials as a needless expense and contrary to a state policy that urges keeping agencies in central Madison. 

 

PROSPECTIVE HOME BUYERS TURN OUT FOR FIRST LOOK AT BISHOPS BAY DEVELOPMENT

 

More than 150 potential home buyers heard T. Wall Properties' pitch at a "public reveal" for the developer's first residential subdivision, to be built over the next 10 to 20 years on a 780-acre parcel northeast of Middleton.

A Concentra walk-in medical clinic will anchor a 13,500-square-foot building planned for the northwest corner of W. Brown Deer Road and N. 55th St.The Brown Deer Plan Commission this week approved the $2 million development proposal from the Barry family, which operates Cassidy, Turley Barry commercial real estate brokerage. The Village Board is to review it Monday.
