High season is rapidly approaching, and that means businesses are starting to announce their grand re-opening dates, new menu items and specials, new hours and/or changes in location. We will update this section as we receive information.
MOVED: Albercas de Vallarta moved into their newly constructed store in Guayabitos in June. In addition to selling pool supplies and equipment, they now stock hardware items, garden supplies and more. Info and Map Annie's Watercolor Classes: Painters of all levels of expertise are welcome to join together for some painting fellowship. Classes start December 11 and are free. Info and Map
Casa Cooking Classes: Debra Triplett and Betty Nunez have just added three more dates to their popular authentic Mexican cooking classes. Classes begin November 22 and registration is now open! Info and Map
MOVED: El Rincón del Arabe: Lucy and Haitham celebrated the grand opening of their newly remodeled restaurant in La Peñita on Saturday, September 29. Their new space is bright and open, and guests will enjoy dining on their roof-top patio with views of the ocean. Info and Map Hinde y Jaime's Restaurant: Patty and crew opened their doors for the season this past Friday, September 28. They will be open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. NEW: Real Nayar Hospital: The Real Nayar Hospital, located on the corner of Alfredo V. Bonfil and Bahia de Banderas in La Peñita, opened on June 17. They have 10 doctors, 15 patient rooms and a 24-hour clinical laboratory. Read more Vista Guayabitos Restaurant is scheduled to re-open on November 5 when they will reveal their new look and exciting new menu.
