Dear All,

It's hard to believe the fall semester is upon us.  I hope many of you were able to get some rest and relaxation over the summer.  I know for some of you, your "vacation" included travel to visit relatives who were ill or frail.  For others, time off from work was spent on your caregiving responsibilities.  Please try to take some time for yourself before the semester is fully underway.

We have a full schedule of Elder Care Workshops this fall. Also, we have included information about the Mindfulness Meditation workshops planned for the fall.

You may wish to check out the websites under Caregiving Links for additional classes that may be of interest to you.

If you feel that your elder care situation could be addressed more fully by a personal meeting with me, please contact CARE Services, 643-7754, to schedule a free, confidential appointment.

Take care,

Maureen
