News from the Farm
Fall is here! We are welcoming the cooler temperatures and looking forward to fall colors. This morning as Miss Tina and I were putting coolers into the truck a mule and a paint horse trotted past in the pasture. Ummmm...I don't own a mule or a paint horse.....
Sunday, September 25th I completed my first ever 5K! I participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Cookeville, TN; Saturday October 1, I will complete another 5K at Disneyworld (Lord willing!).
Peaceful Pastures will be closed October 2nd-9th (so no markets that week), and will reopen Monday October 10th.
October is the final CSA installment for the Summer CSA season. We want to extend a BIG thank you to all the members who have made this our best season ever! We are taking sign ups for Winter CSA, November -April both full and half shares. We must have 15, full share subscribers for each drop off location (FFM, WNFM, ENFM, Linden Corner).

GA Welcome Center, Calhoun and Improveat delivery FRIDAY, December 2.
From Macon to Tampa delivery TUESDAY December 6.
Orlando delivery December 7.

October 26 Glendale Elementary (3:30-5:30) and Linden Corner (4-6 p.m) Full Share & Half Share CSA pick ups. Linden Corner also has retail sales with meat, eggs and Kenny's Cheese!
