Pasco County Housing Authority
GLE was reselected to serve as the AE Services Consultant in 2009 for PCHA and recently awarded the following projects as apart of this contract:
· Kitchen renovations at Cypress Villas I and Cypress Villas II Apartments
· Water heater replacement and road resurfacing at Cypress Villas I Apartments
· Erosion control, landscaping and irrigation installation at Cypress Villas II and
Citrus Villas Apartments
· Retaining wall replacement and road resurfacing at Sunny Dale Apartments
· Rear screen door replacement at Pasco Terrace apartments

Winter Haven Housing Authority
GLE was selected by the WHHA to complete their Lake Deer Community Center Rehabilitation (Building Renovation). The renovation will involve creating a reception area to control entry into the facility, open office spaces and executive office suites. The other existing spaces, such as the community center, storage rooms, kitchen and restrooms, shall be upgraded to meet accessibility requirements as well as the community's assembly needs. |

Brooksville Housing Authority
GLE provided architectural services for the retrofitting and renovation of four housing unit types to meet Section 504/ADA compliance requirements. GLE also provided design updates to the community center and the on-site offices to meet ADA and ANSI requirements. In addition, GLE also completed a Physical Needs Assessment and Lead-Based Paint Survey for the 126 Unit Community. |

Pinellas County Housing Authority
GLE provided various AE services for PCHA, including the replacement of existing entry doors and windows at the French Villas and Lakeside Terrace. GLE also provided construction documents for a new monumental entry sign at the Lakeside apartment complex. In addition, GLE provided services for the upgrade of two apartment units for ADA accessibility. |

Clearwater Housing Authority
GLE is completing architectural services for the CHA's Barbee Towers. Included in the scope of this project are window and door replacements, as well as hurricane hardening for this 12 story high rise. GLE also provided design services for the replacement of emergency generators on two high-rise housing units. |

Crestview Housing Authority
GLE was recently selected to provide AE and environmental consulting services to the CHA. Via this term contract, GLE's initial task was to perform a Section 504/ADA survey of CHA's four properties and perform lead-based paint surveys. Based on the findings of these surveys, GLE is providing the AE services necessary to bring CHA's four communities into 504/ADA compliance. This project will require the conversion of 19 units to 504 units. | |

As part of a term consulting contract, GLE has recently assisted LCHA by assessing properties and preparing cost estimates for repairs based on the property assessments as part of LCHA's development and re-development efforts. |

St. Petersburg Housing Authority
GLE has been providing design services, construction document preparation and construction administration services for various revitalization projects for SPHA. Additionally, because of GLE's in-house environmental consulting staff, we provided professional consulting services in the areas of lead-based paint, asbestos and radon mitigation. |

Fort Pierce Housing Authority
GLE was recently awarded an AE renovation/modernization project for the FPHA's Wildwood residential community. GLE is also contracted by the FPHA to provide IAQ consulting services, consisting of Preliminary Mold Assessment (PMA) and Post Mold Remediation Testing (PMRCT). |
