Fire Restoration Project
|
When their entire house
was struck by fire, the homeowners were
ready for a change!!
With three boys in the
house, they contracted
Taylor Made to help
them redesign
their 1970's style ranch home.
Taylor Made was able to add a complete second floor consisting of two bedrooms, full bath, large storage area and a back staircase.
Working within the existing footprint, a master suite was designed as the only bedroom on the main floor, leaving ample spaces for an oversized kitchen and common area.

Taylor Made designed an additional three car garage with a turned gable to add further architectural interest.
The exterior of this home was treated to a stone portico, columns, and a two toned brick finish. The cottage style garage doors and cedar covered porch finished the look on the front to complete the transformed curb appeal.
The interior now has wood floors throughout, granite galore, and a custom stone shower in the master bath. The lower level was finished to include another bedroom, full bath, laundry, and large recreation room for the family.
All new energy efficient Andersen windows and a three-zone heating and air conditioning system will increase energy efficiency that the owners will be able to enjoy for years. |
