Survival Tip of the Month:

Appearances:  There is something to be said about appearances.  Moving about the world in MegaDamage vehicles, with Armored Combatants keeping watch, and Huge Robot Vehicles covering the rear provides a certain level of "Don't fuck with this".  But lets say you roll in to a town looking for info, you are going to be pay 500% more than a scout could barter. 

This doesn't mean you should always play down your wealth or ability.  The last thing you want to do is send a couple unarmored friends to deal with the Black Market.  The general rule is this:  "If I can take it why would I pay for it" and "If they can't keep me from taking their cred's, why complete the sale."  Especially when they know they are dealing with travelers that aren't likely to be missed.


Thought should be put into every interaction.  It could be the difference between a fight or a reward.  It can also lead to a huge savings.  And right now, this  can mean the difference of hitting Madhaven stocked and repaired or hurting for ammo and supplies.

 
What's to Come:

"Flee you fools!" 

This month we find our adventurers fleeing for their lives.  Currently they are heading to a community called "Old Bones" to rest, resupply, and attempt to repair and regroup.
  With funds dangerously low, and most of the group unarmed, the future of Collateral Damage has never been so uncertain. 


They are down to a Very busted Robot vehicle and hitching a ride on top of their employers hover vehicle.  The thousands of credits worth of armor, supplies, and ammo was all lost.  The group was victorious, but were the costs too high?
