VOTING FOR 2011 BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOW OPEN ONLINE
 
DEMA Member Voting Delegates Can Cast Their Vote Online Until 5:00 pm Pacific Time on  January 31, 2011

DEMA encourages all Member company voting delegates to submit a ballot in the 2011 Board Election.  If your company is not a 2011 DEMA Member but would like to participate in the 2011 Board Election you can join DEMA online by clicking here or by contacting us at (858) 616-6408 x105 or membership@dema.org. 

For their vote to be counted, Member companies must pay their 2011 DEMA membership dues by 5:00 pm, Pacific time on January 15, 2011.
 
Members can view the 2011 Election slate as well as a biography and position statement for each candidate online by clicking here.

Gray, Proctor, McMannis (GPM), the CPA firm conducting the election, will accept ballots beginning December 15 and ending January 31, 2011.  Please note that all ballots must reach GPM no later than 5:00 pm Pacific time on January 31, 2011 in order to be counted.
 
DEMA Members may submit their ballot during the December 15, 2010-January 31, 2011 voting period using the following methods:
  1. CLICK HERE TO VOTE ONLINE NOW until 5:00 pm Pacific time on January 31, 2011 by clicking here or visiting www.dema.org and clicking on Vote Now.
  2. Fax your ballot to GPM, the CPA firm collecting the votes at (949) 251-9332.
  3. Mail your ballot to GPM at:

    Newport Beach, CA  92660 
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR BALLOT DIRECTLY TO GPM BETWEEN DECEMBER 15, 2010 AND JANUARY 31, 2011.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR BALLOT DIRECTLY TO DEMA.

Please Note:
  • You must be a 2011, A-Category* Member in order to vote in the election.
  • Your 2011 membership dues must be paid by 5:00 pm Pacific time on January 15, 2011 in order for your vote to be counted in this election.
*Your DEMA Member # begins with an A.
