TAKE NOTE OF THESE HELPFUL TIPS & SERVICES AS YOU PREPARE TO GET IN THE GAME AT DEMA SHOW 2010

 

The Diving Industry's Annual Trade-Only Event Will Take Place November 17-20, 2010 at the Las Vegas Convention Center

 

BAG AND COAT CHECK

Bag and coat check will be available at the Las Vegas Convention Center during show hours in front of South Hall 1 (next to the food court).

 

BAGGAGE SERVICES

Attention Attendees!  Instead of paying for extra baggage - ship your DEMA Show mementos and Show purchases home!  Saturday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. the staff of the 11th Hour Business Center at the Las Vegas Hilton (exclusive Host Hotel for DEMA Show 2010) will be available in the hotel's ballroom lobby to ship your items home. 

 

The first 100 DEMA Show attendees will receive free boxes and tape.  Those who come with preprinted digital labels (from UPS or FedEx shipping software) will also receive 10% off the handling fee.  

 

Questions?  Stop by the DEMA Booth located in the registration area of DEMA Show 2010 for information.

DECOMPRESSION STOP Sponsored by Papua New Guinea 

Take a minute to decompress, network, or meet up with new and old friends.  Concessions and a cash bar will be available in Booth #4345.

 

DEMA MEMBER LOUNGES

There will be Lounges available for DEMA Member exhibitors and attendees located in Booths #4044/4144.  DEMA Member ribbons are required for entry and are available at the DEMA Booth located in the Registration area.

 

FIRST AID STATION

A first aid station is located in front of South Hall 1 (behind escalator).

 

INTERNET CAFE Sponsored by Continental Airlines 

The Internet Cafe is located in Booth #3902 and is available for the convenience of all exhibitors and attendees.

 

INFORMATION COUNTERS

Information counters will be located next to Booths #1530/1730 and Booths #3931/4026.

 

PARKING AT THE LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER

Parking is available at the Las Vegas Convention Center at the rate of $10 PER DAY.  This includes in and out privileges for the day.

 

SCOOTERS & WHEELCHAIRS

Scooters & wheelchairs are available at FedEx Kinko's in the Grand Lobby.

 

SHUTTLE BUS

Complimentary shuttle bus service between the Las Vegas Hilton and Convention Center will be provided to show attendees and exhibitors booking within the official DEMA Housing Block.  Click here to view the shuttle bus schedule.  Please note:  All times subject to change and restrictions may apply.
