VOTING FOR VACANT A2 BOARD SEAT SPECIAL ELECTION NOW OPEN ONLINE

Current DEMA Member Voting Delegates Can Cast Their Vote Online NOW Until 5:00 pm Pacific Time on  April 12, 2010
 
DEMA encourages all Member company delegates to submit a ballot in the Special Election being conducted to fill the vacant A2 (Training Organization) Seat for the DEMA Board of Directors. If your company is not a current DEMA Member but would like to participate in this special election you can join online by clicking here or by contacting us at (858) 616-6408 x105 or membership@dema.org.
 
Members can view the 2010 Special Election slate as well as a biography and position statement for each candidate online by clicking here.  Please note:  This election fills the vacant A2 board seat.  The term for this seat ends at the beginning of 2012.
 
Gray, Proctor, McMannis (GPM), the CPA firm conducting the election, will accept ballots beginning March 12 and ending April 12, 2010. Please note that all ballots must reach GPM no later than 5:00pm Pacific time on April 12, 2010 in order to be counted.
 
DEMA Members may submit their ballot during the March 12-April 12, 2010 voting period using the following methods:
  1. VOTE ONLINE NOW until 5:00 pm Pacific time on March 12, 2010 by visiting www.dema.org and clicking on Vote Now.
  2. Fax your ballot to GPM, the CPA firm collecting the votes at (949) 251-9332.
  3. Mail your ballot to GPM at:

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR BALLOT DIRECTLY TO GPM BETWEEN MARCH 12 AND APRIL 12.  DO NOT SEND YOUR BALLOT DIRECTLY TO DEMA.
Please Note:
  • You must be a renewed DEMA member in the A-category* for 2010.
  • Your 2010 membership dues must be paid by 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, April 12, 2010 in order for your vote to be counted in this election.
*Your DEMA Member # begins with an A.
