Note From Sonya

Greetings!

I know many of you look forward to receiving the Monday Morning Memo. I know this because you've emailed me and told me so. Thank you. You give me a reason to write.

I'm sorry to report that I have no inspiration to share this week.

Knowing that I have challenges in romantic relationships, I enrolled myself in a weekend workshop to learn a few things and feel completely humbled by what I discovered. Not just about myself but about others.

We are such fragile, deep and beautiful creatures. Why we are so afraid to love, reveal, let in, allow, embrace, forgive and receive is still a mystery to me.

And yet I resist it all the same, myself.

So, I have no words of widsom to express. Maybe I'll have the courage to share about my experience in a future memo.

Suffice to say, my apologies about this morning.

In the meantime, I will leave you with an interesting clip I heard in an interview with Jo Dunning, an energy worker, who shares about Japan, the Mayan Calendar and the shift in energy that is taking place on the planet. If you are sensitive, you definitely feel it.

There are a lot of commercials in the beginning. If you can wade through that, I think she's worth listening to.

Until next time,
