Attitude plays a huge part in your sales success or failure. Henry Ford is reputed to have said " If you think you can or you think you can't you are probably right." This holds true today as much as it did in Mr Fords day. If you have a positive attitude towards your ability, your clients, your services and products, your company and life in general you will lead a positive life.
Positivity breeds positivity and this in turn creates opportunities. Conversely, if you think negatively you will attract negativity. It's like some natural force. If you think life is hard and everyone is out to get you and make things difficult, you know what, life will be hard. But, if you believe life is good and there are opportunities to contribute and succeed- you will.
Have a positive attitude. That doesn't mean you have to go around always smiling like a fool and not recognising life's difficulties. It's about having an open mind and a positive disposition that allows you to see the positivity in all life's ups and downs. Attitude will shape and mould your life. How you deal with times of disappointment, hardship, distress, and sadness truly shapes what sort of person you are.
Unfortunately, you cannot choose every thing that happens in your life BUT you can choose how you respond to life's challenges.

Line Managers who wish to understand, learn and practice coaching skills.

It is well recognised that a coaching management style get the best out of people, yet many Managers still adopt an autocratic approach.
This workshop will enable you to understand coaching principles and offers the opportunity to learn and practice coaching techniques using a tried and trusted coaching model.
- Understand the principles of coaching
- Demonstrate some useful models
- Show how coaching can be used in a variety of management situations
- Practice coaching skills in a range of simulated situations.
