Time is flying!
Getting ready for season and our growing team spent two days as 'guests' in our own backyard - Miami- exploring what's new and what's still great for our in bound groups.
See You Soon!

The Wynwood Art District Tour

The appeal of this industrial district began when it was used as over flow exhibition space for Art Basel 10 years ago. Since then this 'Street Art' aesthetic has achieved a year-round
notoriety all its own.
Now a home to 70 galleries and a thriving wholesale shopping district, this destination made the Forbes Top 20 Hipster Neighborhood list. It is a living museum and worth the trip. Include lunch at one of the excellent restaurants
in the area - we did!

Activity or Team Building

Turn your whole group into Artists with this activity. Designs can be customized to incorporate meeting themes or divide the piece into a mosaic for team building. A great instructor finds something to praise in everyone's work and guests walk away with the canvasses. Add a smock with your logo that doubles as a kitchen apron. There's space upstairs for light catering.
Good news - this Miami hot spot is opening a
Fort Lauderdale branch next month.

Culinary Experiences

Still extremely popular especially when combined with mixology or wine appreciation.

The Miami Culinary Institute is a gleaming modern facility with multiple floors for cooking challenges and a high tech studio set for demos and wine tasting.
The facility is capped off with the luscious Tuyo restaurant helmed by our own World famous Chef and Author Norman Van Aken. With stunning views of the city, all that's left is to give away celebrity
signed cookbooks to make it complete.

In Coconut Grove there is a dream restaurant
for wine lovers. Cooking demos can be done for 20 upstairs and larger groups can dine in the
authentic wine cellar.
Dining in Miami
There are so many great places we could never list them all in one newsletter but here are three that stood out on our own dine around last week.

The Rusty Pelican
Wow, what a make-over, what a menu and what a view!  Great restaurant with a large terrace and an upstairs as impeccable and well appointed as any ballroom with space for large groups. Jutting out into the Bay, there are great views from every window.

Baoli Miami
The trend setter with great indoor and outdoor
space. This glamorous concept is straight out of the French Riviera and you'll see it in the menu and decor appointments. Set in the heart of Miami she transitions into a hot club environment after dinner.

Quinn's
Still one of the very best group experiences in Miami.
Smack dab in the heart of South Beach, this stylized, old world charmer has event space for days. On our recent visit we sampled as many dishes as the kitchen could deliver and raved about every single one.
There's something special about this place -
on the strip and yet in a world of its own.

The Nightlife
Embrace what World travelers come here to
experience, but do it on your own schedule with great catering, deluxe service and someone to drive
everyone home safely.

Chalk
The short answer is it's a classy pool hall with ping pong tables, but it's a also a red hot lounge complete with velvet ropes at the entrance, 6000 square feet of modern space, VIP rooms and interactive entertainment. A hand picked menu of international beers signals that this location is right on top what's hot right now.

The Stage
This is the spot for your rock star party with a built-in stage, sound and lights.  Brick walls feature an ever-changing gallery of local artists and there is plenty of lounge furniture for kicking back.

The Penthouse at the Setai
Truly a 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' location but also available for corporate groups with great and ample indoor and outdoor space - it's an entire floor's worth of luxury with three elevators and a view from
the top of the top.
