Featured Recipe
Salmon with Wasbi Sauce

This dish is a nice light change from heavy BBQ meals.
First prepare your salmon. Here is my recipe for fish marinade.
Juice of ONE lemon
1/3 cup of extra virgin oil
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Kosher salt
Wisk until emulisified & brush on both sides of fish, refridgerate for 10 minutes.Cook on cedar plank if you have one.
Wasbi Sauce accompanies this wonderfully to prepare this you will need :
1 tsp Wasbi powder
1/4 cup of sake wine
1/4 cup of light soya sauce (kikoman)
1/2 tsp honey
Put all ingredients in a small bowl and wisk until there are no lumps.
To cook salmon place on cedar plank, skin side down and do not over cook.Serve on a fresh bed of lettuce, cucumber and tomato, and drizzle wasbi sauce over it and finish by topping with sweet sushi ginger.
 Enjoy!
