Greetings!

PaSu, an acronym of Patrick and Susan, has grown respectably over the years with the help of loyal customers who have encouraged and continued to patronize our business for which we are truly grateful. And to that we "Thank you". Our guests enjoy the panoramic view of the Rockies while leisurely shopping in the gift store or dining in the restaurant, with its focus on country fare at its best. This is a treat not to be missed this July.

Welcome to summertime!

Our gift shop has new ladies jackets, jewelry and scarves not to mention great bags made from Indonesia. May we also mention our PaSu intensive hand and foot creams. These are two great products for dry hands, especially after gardening and for dry feet after a day of wearing sandals. Your skin will feel soft and rejuvenated!

For the men, new denim shirts and jackets. Just in time for the stampede!

Christmas in July!

All Christmas decorations and ornaments are 1/2 price for the month of July!!

(Now that's a cooling thought!)

Restaurant Scuttlebutt

We are CLOSED July 1st for CANADA DAY!

Our South African BBQ has been a great success so far this year, we are looking forward to enjoying the rest of the summer on the BBQ. Reservations required every Saturday night through out summer. These feasts have become very popular indeed, so if you're ready for the grilling season, come out to enjoy a relaxed evening.

Don't forget we are OPEN for lunch Tuesday to Saturday, hours 12pm-2pm full lunch, 2pm-3pm light lunch,3pm-4pm desserts. Sundays Lunch Buffet starts at noon. Come out to enjoy the relaxing setting and great food!

Sunday Lunch Buffet
South African BBQ

Featured Recipe

Raspberry Goat Cheese Dressing

This is a nice light dressing for summer salads. The raspberries and goat cheese mix wonderfully together.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb butter

1 package (454g) of goat cheese

1/2lb raspberries

1 lg tbsp mustard

3 tbsp vinegar

1/4 cup of sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup cream

lemon juice to taste

Melt butter and pour into blender with goat cheese and raspberries and crush. Add remaining ingredients and blend.

Pour over garden greens and garnish with toasted hazel nuts.

Enjoy!

Store remaining dressing in air tight container and keep in fridge for up to 1 month.
