Employee Benefit Statements
I often hear employees complain (and rightfully so!) about the cost of the benefits that comes out of their paycheck. But, what they often lose site of is the amount their employer is paying on their behalf. Our Benefit Statements can help change that! While available in different formats, they will accomplish demonstrating the total cost of their benefits, including the employer contribution. We can also include total compensation figures to give them a sense of their overall compensation. It can also serve as a great reminder after open enrollment each year of the benefit choices they elected,
Each statement can be customized with the employer logo and can be delivered privately to each employee via email, sealed envelope or as paycheck stuffers.

Meet Our Wellness Coordinator!
I am pleased to introduce our new, full time, on site, wellness coordinator, Beth Cusimano. It is our belief that the only way to buck the trend in rising healthcare costs is to change the way we consume healthcare. We do this through education, risk identification, and wellness initiatives.
Beth will be spending the remainder of this year getting familiar with the wellness programs we embrace and ones we can bring to our clients at little or more often, no cost!
Depending on which carriers and plans you have, we can bring you many of the programs below at no cost!
1) On site education with Masters Level Counselors - topics including; Eating Healthy, Reducing Stress, Exercising with a busy lifestyle and many many more!
2) On site Flu Shots and Biometric Screenings
3) On Site Health Fair and Expo
4) Activity monitoring and incentive programs
5) Prove the theory that "Better quality healthcare costs less money" and show employees how to find it
