8) Tenants always consider building standards before making changes to their roof top units.

7) Blocked drains or gutters hardly ever cause a roof to collapse.

Temperature - 54 Degrees Fahrenheit - WHAT?

Bob Bruttell sometimes jokes that if tomorrow morning all the economists and meteorologists switched places, no one would notice. 

I have been in the roofing industry for over 32 years now.  As Operations & Project Manager at Bruttell Roofing, I still struggle with the weather - or my lack of control over what Mother Nature will bring us on any given day - and how to plan for that unknown factor.

This winter has been very, very good to us - extending our normal roofing season by a couple of months.
