Endurance clients & friends -

 
We kicked this month off with a great ride at the Marin Century last Saturday.  After the group photo, we all started together and with the exception of the "REV" who decided to test his skin against the pavement on a downhill, we all finished strong. Chris is OK and has contributed his torn up vest to our wall of fame and shame (coming soon).

 

Group Rides.  Happy to report that we are bringing back the Saturday group rides from Mill Valley. These rides are for everyone. We will have employee and members acting as ride leaders for every ability level. Please join us for these fun rides.  Rides depart EPTC MV at 8:00am sharp.              Here's the schedule:  September 5th, October 10th, October 31st, November 21, December 12

 

Community Classes. These classes are free to the public. They are designed to showcase the eCycling experience and the benefits. I will be coaching these events. Please encourage anyone who has shown interest or curiosity in the program to come and try it out. The first community class is Saturday, August 22nd at 9am.

 

Perfect Circles. Back by popular demand is this eCycling newsletter. Look for the first one this month.

 

New Products. EFS liquid shot is a new Electrolyte Fuel System from 1st Endurance.  One 5oz serving provides 499 super charged calories, 1500mg electrolytes and 1000mg amino acids in liquid form.  This will be in my pocket during training rides!

 

Coming Soon. Cadence meters. We are searching for an inexpensive easy to install and use cadence meter to sell at Endurance. Everyone in the eCycling program should have one. Complying to the prescribed cadences is essential for success. More on this later.

 

Friday 9am eCycling Class. We are discontinuing the Friday 9am class until further notice, effective this Friday.
