Endurance clients & friends -
I wanted to thank you for being our members. The last couple of months have been tough for us - closing San Francisco and raising our Mill Valley rates. But we've also been touched by the outpouring of support. I know we have a great service, and we're doing all we can to turn it into a great business.
I've just come back from an epic 7 day trip to the Tour de France with 8 Endurance members. As much as I believe in the training benefits of our program, I was amazed by how well everyone did. We did all the epic climbs in the Alps while eating, drinking and laughing our way through France. During the trip, I spent a lot of time thinking and talking about ways to improve and grow our Mill Valley business, and I wanted to tell you some of what we're planning to do.

Marin Century. Please join me for this summer classic. If you are registered, let's all gather together at 7am for a group photo and start the ride at 7:15. Wear your Endurance kit and help me pass out free eCycling trial class passes throughout the day.
RSVP to me by email this week so I can send you the meeting spot and get an idea of how many are coming clivermore@enduranceptc.com·
Hosting free community classes. We'll be offering free community classes in September, October, & November to anyone who is interested in trying out eCycling. Visitors are always welcome to drop-in to our classes for free, but for some, our regular classes can seem intimidating.

Hosting a free class for you and your friends. Many of you have said to me that you'd love to get a couple of your friends to come to eCycling. I'd be very happy to find a time and put on a class just for you and your friends - it's a great way to share your love of eCycling with others.
·
Continuing to offer free outdoor clinics. Stay tuned for a schedule of upcoming clinics, and if you have things you'd like to learn, let me know.
·
Reviving our outdoor rides. We're going to start our outdoor rides again in September. We'll offer them at least once a month, and we'll be specific about the rider levels. We will be offering a couple of beginner rides to encourage our newer riders to get out on the road.
·
Bringing in new instructors. We are always excited to bring in new talent and we're hoping to launch new classes with great new instructors in the fall.
·
Continuing to partner with charity rides. We've worked with rides from the AIDs Lifecycle to the MS150, sponsoring free clinics and developing training plans. If you are involved with a ride that you think we should be involved with, let me know.
·
Next evolution of eCycling. This is the one that I've been thinking about the most. How to further customize the training to benefit each individual member. I had the chance to talk to some of my old colleagues at the Tour. These are some of the best coaching minds in the world. I'll be implementing new ideas soon. Stay tuned!

Finally...I'd like to offer everyone a free 30 minute roller session with me. Offer is good through the rest of this year. You'll understand why this is such a powerful teaching tool.
Our mission is to help you embrace the cycling lifestyle -whether that means going for a leisurely ride in Marin or the wine country, ride the mountains of the Tour de France, improve your personal best placing in a competition or get out on your bike for the first time.
