Women's Beginners Bike Handling Skills Clinic- April 26th at 10am Join coach Patrick Maher on the road for 2 hours of bike handling skills instruction and practice. Improve your comfort, confidence, and control on the road in a safe (car free) environment. The clinic will be from 10am-12pm at Strawberry Point Elementary School in Mill Valley (117 East Strawberry Drive, Mill Valley). Bring your bike, shoes and helmet. Space is limited, sign up today.

Camps will include indoor training on the Computrainer, skill work, nutrition and strength training instruction, outdoor rides and skills clinics, and instruction on bike maintenance and the science/ physiology of exercise. Perfect for the budding cyclist, the competitive junior, and anyone looking to increase fitness for the fall sports season. Road and mountain bikers welcome! -Congratulations to ePTC member Abbie Feibush! She took 42 minutes off her half ironman time at 70.3 New Orleans! Good Luck, Alison! Everyone at ePTC wishes Alison Starnes (eCycling instructor, physiologist, and professional cyclist) good luck as she heads off to France. Alison will be riding and racing with the US Women's National Development Team for the next 5 weeks. We will miss her in the center but know that she will make us proud!
