All-

It's January and the sounds of resolutions are in the air. Unfortunately by March most of these well intended promises we make every year falter and the sounds are replaced with reasons and justifications. Let's try something different this year. Instead of thinking about what you have to sacrifice to reach your goals, think about what you get to do once you reach them. Rather than focusing on losing 10 pounds for example, sign-up for an event that will be memorable when you arrive fit and ready. Whether it's a century ride, your first triathlon or bike race, Rocky Mountain passes or the TDF climbs- pick a goal, set your program, keep your eye on the prize and let us take care of creating the pathway that will get you there fit and ready. To help get you started Patrick Maher is presenting a lecture on "Setting goals for 2009" on January 22nd at 6pm in San Francisco. I hope to see you all there!
