Looking for a piano
We continue to look for a used spinet style piano to replace the upright in the Pavilion. Do you know of someone who would like to donate a piano they no longer use? Or, an estate from which we may purchase one at a reasonable price? Please keep your eyes and ears open.

Proposed changes to RI will come to our Club for a vote
Every three years, RI follows a process to make changes to RI consititution and bylaws. The attached proposals have come from clubs in our district. Legislative proposals can only be submitted to RI if each club holds an election on this issue and if the clubs in total give a majority approval to it. We will vote on these proposals at the November 23rd meeting.
The Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach Sunrise is proposing to eliminate the mandatory meeting attendance requirement. Click here to read full proposal
The Rotary Club of Tumwater is proposing to make "Service Above Self" the permanent annual theme of Rotary and do away with the changing of themes each year by the then current RI President. Click here to read full proposal
The Comox Club wishes to remove the restriction against Rotarians, their family, associates, and employees from receiving Ambassadorial Scholarships if they are otherwise qualified. Click here to read full proposal
As one of the premier District in the world we have a chance to influence the direction of Rotary for the future.
