November 9th Foodball...Football...and a little history
It's that time of year again!  FOODBALL - the annual competition between Aberdeen & Hoquiam High Schools that collects food & money to support our local food banks!

This year's student leadership ream, including chair persons Allie Gourlie, Tristan Wilson, Jordan Wolfe, Alex Williams and Kyle Brewer, will be here to receive the Aberdeen Rotary Club donation.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the food drive and Jill Bellis, the initial organizer, will tell us a bit about the history of the annual event and how it continues to target a critical need in our community.

RoundWalt Failoring out the program, Walt Failor wil be on hand to remind us of the "other" traditional November event that rhymes with foodball.
Look forward to these programs in November
November 16th - Mike Moore, Local Historian with guests Katherine and Scott White, owners of the historic Tokeland Hotel.
