Rotary Club Supports
Annual Book Drive
Please remember the annual holiday children and teen's book drive sponsored by the Aberdeen Timberland Library and the Daily World.

For every book that Rotarians give this year, the Club will match with $5 from the Carol Hunt Fund. You can also donate cash and Chris Peck will purchase a book for you.

Bring your new books to the December 2nd meeting. The club will match up to $400 - that's 80 books. That only takes one book from every Aberdeen RotarIAN. WE CAN DO IT!!!

A word from Debbie Gorman - Auction Procurement Chair
It's time to put your thinking caps on as to what you would personally like to contribute to this years Rotary auction.  The auction is our only fundraiser and let's work together to mike it a huge success.  I have volunteered to chair procurement (or should I say my arm was twisted) as well as to contact all members for their contributions.  My goal is to have all Rotarian donations in by February 1, 2010.

Curtis Dawson has volunteered to make the catalog and the earlier we can get our donation forms to him the better.  Some of the donations we have received so far from members are:  A Family Suite for 4 at the Great Wolf Lodge,  a laptop computer, a Photography Sitting, and a salmon fishing trip for 2 (includes all equipment and lunch).  If you need ideas as to what to donate you can contact me at [email protected]

Thanks to all for making this year a success.
