Servicing on a Saturday?

Like a Ladies Night?

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING:

Bunbury Honda in my opinion are second to none for sales and service. This is my second CRV and I have never experienced any service industry that has provided the attention, efficiency and after sales and service follow-up given to me by this superb dealership. I cannot speak highly enough of their whole operation.

I have been dealing with this Honda dealer for about 4 years. This is my 2nd Honda I've bought from this dealer and I've always found them very friendly and professional. A pleasure to do business with.

Service was A1, just the same as when I bought my car.

Greetings!

We know each other pretty well by now so you've probably already heard me mention the fact that I started my working life as a hairdresser. People are always pretty surprised at first. Guess it's not every day you meet a hairdresser turn car dealer!

This month's E-newsletter, as well as sharing a few memories about my early days as a hairdresser, poses a question.  Would having your car serviced on a Saturday make your life easier?

We listen to what our customers want so read on then email us your thoughts.

Warm regards

Scissors busy on a Saturday

When I was working as an apprentice hairdresser at a Bunbury barber shop in the late 60s, Saturday was our busiest day of the week.

The shop stood where the HBF office is today (across the road from Centrepoint Shopping Centre) and when the doors opened at 8am, there would already be a line of blokes running down the street.

A short back and sides was the go in those days and it had to be done every couple of weeks.

Of course for the local working class, Saturday was the only day they could come in.

They'd be in and out within about 15 minutes but the experience was all pretty theatrical by today's standards.

Lots of shaving cream and the traditional cut-throat razor got the job done. Sounds like a scene from the movies doesn't it?

Anyway, the reason I've been reminiscing about my Saturdays at the barber shop in Bunbury is because I'm keen to find out if our customers would like to get their car serviced on a Saturday.

The way I see it, it's part of my job to make your life easier in whatever way I can.

I'm the first to admit that organising for your car to be serviced can be a pain in the butt.

That's why I'm willing, if it will help you out, to throw open the doors of our Service Centre on a Saturday.

So send me an email and have your say.

Would servicing on a Saturday make your life easier?

And while we're on the subject of extended trading hours, there's clearly a great deal of public support for seven-day trading in Bunbury.

Would you like to see car yards open on a Sunday too? Love to hear your thoughts.

We still need your help!

Just in case you've had some thoughts since we were last in touch - we wanted to remind you that we need your help!

We're thinking of hosting a Ladies Night Out and we want to hear your thoughts, feedback and ideas.

It would be like a seminar but much more fun.

We'd bring in our Service Manager David to chat about the servicing and maintenance of your car, the cars would be on show so you could feel free to have a close look without the fear of being harassed and we'd share some interesting bits of information about your car you might not have known.

And we've had plenty of ideas to fire up the fan factor like serving cocktails or a fashion show. What we really want to know is what would you like to do?

Simply email us your thoughts. We'll keep you posted as the plans come together.
