Read to Succeed Update

Greetings!

Registration for the 7th annual Our Kids Are Our Community Summit is now open!

Our Kids Are Our Community is a collaboration of local groups, including youth-serving organizations and individuals (community centers, churches, non-profit agencies, government programs, schools, etc.) throughout our community.  Each year, these groups put together a summit to discuss pertinent issues related to helping children in our community.  As Read to Succeed Volunteers you are invited to attend the event and join in the conversation surrounding positively impacting the lives of youth in our community.

This year, the main focus of the summit will be on how individuals within the community can impact the lives of youth through the use of the 40 Developmental Assets. The Key Note Speaker will be Clay Roberts. Clay has been a consultant and keynote presenter in over 35 states and in several foreign countries and helps communities understand how they can better use the developmental assets.

Register today and join us for a day of learning and discourse!
