United Way's Leaders of Tomorrow Summer Volunteering Program for our youth 11-18 have started Session 1 this week at 14 Participating Agencies.

We have 67 young leaders volunteering 4 - 8 hours a week throughout the summer.

They are working with children, animals,  and seniors in a variety of ways. Some are leading chair exercise classes to marking storm drains in our local parks!

We want to thank each and every one of these amazing kids for giving up part of their summer to give back to the community.

it not only makes others

feel loved and cared for,

but it helps us also to develop inner happiness and peace.
