OK ... I'm confessing here ... I just finished one my EUROWAVE treatments on my pesky tumtum and had some time to kill before my next client arrived and "I'm STARVING"!!!!! Nothing I brought to munch on sounded good so out into the FAST FOOD WORLD I went. One of my favorite "quickies" is the CRISPY FISH TACO at Del Taco ... yum yum.
I was just wondering really how BAD I really was so I decided to look it up and following are a few things I found out.

Kinda interesting, huh ... I think I'd have to rank them by their "SODIUM" content ... using that scale I guess I didn't do so bad with my Del Taco Crispy Fish Tacos coming in @ 460mg of Sodium compared to a whopping 2040mg with the Carl's Jr. Original Six Dollar Burger!!!!
The moral of the story ... we can sneak in a fast food fix every now and then and still not do too much damage. Yum Yum!!!! |

Pass the Butter, Please . . .
Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys.
When it killed the turkeys,
the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back.
It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow coloring and sold it to people to use in place of butter.
How do you like that?
It gets even worse than that ... for more information please go to my blogsite where I have the entire article ...
