Sunday June 6th is the annual open house for FVT. Once a year we open the shop for investors, soon-to-be investors and people who just want to get an up-close look at the latest prototype. We have a small shop and can't accomodate a large group of people so please RSVP mike@futurevehicletechnologies.com. The shop is located at 20295 113B ave Maple Ridge and the open house is from 1:00-4:00.
This year will be a trip down memory lane as we will have 4 prototypes on display. It is impressive to see the progression from our first prototype made out of random car parts, beer kegs, etc. to the newest eVaro with its stainless steel suspension, carbon fiber body, aluminum front clip, custom motors, generator, etc.. It really is a remarkable feat of engineering for a small shop like ours. There is no other car like it in the world.
The big difference between FVT and the rest of the field is that we have developed almost all the technologies and components for the eVaro. This is not a collection of off-the-shelf parts. Almost everything has been designed and engineered for the eVaro - except the emergency brake assembly which began its life in a 69 Camero! |
