FVT partners with Simon Fraser University

Simon Fraser University Mechatronic Systems Engineering have partnered with FVT to begin collaborative research for future electric vehicle and hybrid innovations. The first of many projects will be under the direction of Dr. Majid Bahrahmi whose contributions in the area of thermal management have been internationally recognized. FVT is very excited to be working with SFU and looks forward to the new breakthroughs and cutting edge technologies that will be created through this partnership.

eVaro Invited to GLOBE 2010
March 24-26 Vancouver Convention Center East

GLOBE 2010 is one of the world's largest and longest-running events dedicated to the business of the environment. Every two years, over 10,000 professionals from 70+ countries come together at GLOBE for three days of though-leading sessions presented by world-renowned sustainability experts.

The BC Innovation Council has invited FVT and the eVaro to participate in Globe 2010 If you are in the Vancouver area drop in and see us. We will be in the booth with all the people crowded around it...

7 new shareholders join FVT

As the economy starts to show signs of life, so does the investment environment. In the past 2 weeks 7 new investors have joined the FVT group bringing our total investor count to over 70. We built our company on private investors and are proud to be able to offer the opportunity to individuals who share our vision of a better car, a better world, and a better financial future for everyone involved.

29 days to Michigan...

The days have been long but the results of our hard work are starting to come together as we assemble the eVaro (for the last time) and prepare for the first of four competitions this summer. The first event is the "Shakedown Stage" at Michigan International Speedway April 26th. We are very interested to see what 400hp and 1400 ft/lbs of torque will do under the hood of the eVaro.

We expect there will be some very interested groups contacting us over the summer as we show the world what FVT's high performance hybrid drive is capable of. We firmly believe we have created the future of transportation drive systems and intend to go through many sets of tires to prove it.
