Kentucky Employees Charitable Campaign - People Helping People: A Kentucky Tradition
KECC CHRONICLE - NOVEMBER 7, 2011
PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE

A Kentucky Tradition

ResultsYour Story

Over the past few months, the KECC Chronicle has shared stories of how your donations are put to work in support of programs and services that make a life-changing difference for thousands of individuals and families across the Commonwealth.  These stories have spotlighted the six KECC Charities and shown how "People Helping People" is just part of who we are as Kentuckians.

However, in this final campaign installment of the KECC Chronicle, we are featuring you.

Because of you, we held over 90 group meetings at state offices around the Commonwealth, allowing your fellow employees to hear first hand from the KECC Charities about how their donations help others.

Because of you, nearly 6,500 Kentucky employees made a pledge to help others through payroll deduction!

Because of you, there were countless special events held around the state to inspire people to come out in support of KECC and have a good time!

As was mentioned at the Finale event last week: It all comes back to you.  The work that all of our coordinators and department volunteers do is what makes the KECC a success.  For that, we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

As promised, photos and the recognition video from the Finale event are now available online.  Just visit kecc.org/recognition.html.  REMEMBER: We would love to hear your KECC Story!  Just visit the KECC.org story portal to share how the Charities have touched your life!
