Dear Blue Ridge Members,

We have more sad news to share with you.  Another longtime BRI member and past President has died.   Blue Ridger Charles Fleming died Friday in Richmond, Va.  As I understand it, there will not be a memorial service. Charles' wishes were that in lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Virginia Council on Social Welfare, Social Work Student Scholarship Fund, c/o Council of Community Services, P.O. Box 598, Roanoke, VA 24004.

If you would like to share remembrances of Charles with the members of the Institute, please send them to us and we will compile them and send them back out.
