The Phoenix Conservatory of Music's ShamROCK 2011 Bowling FUNdraiser! Form a team with Friends, Co-Workers, Familiy, Companies, Leprechauns, and Choose an Awesome Bowling Team Name to make it more fun and exciting! Your night will include 2 games, shoes, hot dogs, and chips! All proceeds from the event will Benefit The Phoenix Conservatory of Music! Tournament Rules: - Teams must consist of five members
- If you register as an individual, we'll place you on a team! (No worries- this is a fun way to network and meet new peeps!)
- There are a LIMITED number of lanes. To Register, please Submit your team name, your payment, and your 5 team member names under Guests. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON March 16th!
- To Register over the Phone, you can call in a credit card payment and register your team name and individual team member names at 602.353.9900.
- To Register via Cash or Check, please submit your payment in Person to The Phoenix Conservatory of Music at 7801 North Black Canyon Highway, Ste. C on Monday through Thursday 11am to 6pm.
- All teams are finalized when registration closes!
- There will be no substitutions after the bowling begins!
- All bowling rules apply.
Raffle! (That's correct! Winners of the games win raffle tickets to great prizes!) - This event is a raffle event!
- Variety of fun prizes and something for everyone!
- Raffle tickets on site will be 5 for $20.00. Raffle tickets purchased off site will be $20 for a Grand Prize. Check back to the site starting March 01 to see the raffle prize lists!
- Participants can purchase raffle tickets to enter a raffle drawing for an item of your choice!
- Participants will bowl to earn addittional raffle tickets. Raffle ticket prizes will go to the winner of each game, to the team's worst bowler, and the team's most creative bowler!
