FitSTART® UPDATE
In February we awarded 3 FREE 3 Month memberships to new members who were willing to write us and explain why they needed to begin living a healthier lifestyle and how FitSTART® would help them achieve this goal. As the 12-week program winds down, we caught up with these members for the 3rd time to see where they are in their journey...

Question and Answer Session III

Q. How do you feel as the FitSTART® 12-week program nears the end?

A. I'm sorry to say that I'm no longer doing the FitStart® program because I had to move to Florida to help my mom take care of my I'll father. However, I have been keeping very active through hiking and swimming.

Q. How do you feel as the FitSTART® 12-week program nears the end?

A. I'm doing very very well thank you re: working out...  =) I have been going running on my lunch break w/ my co-workers along the lake along w/ doing my own strength training stuff at home.  I'm totally seeing a difference and can i just say - I felt really happy and confident while I was in FL in my bathing suit!  it was a great feeling - not that "I have arrived" - but that I know, for me, how much different I feel inside and out... thank you!

I'm up to running 2+ (decently quick) miles w/ no problem now...and my arms are definitely much stronger thanks to those horrid things called push-ups (and those torture instruments called 'machines')!  teeheehee.... It's all working & coming together... next I must focus on the bike and get back on a schedule in the pool...hmm. now that the weather is warmer - I'm looking forward to the water more!  =)

Q. How do you feel as the FitSTART® 12-week program nears the end?

A. I am sad to be nearing the end of the program!!!!  I feel like I have become a part of a new community.  I really have enjoyed meeting so many new people.  Everyone is so kind and welcoming.  Physically, I do feel that I am becoming stronger and healthier.  Hopefully these new workout habits will continue. Thanks for the opportunity!!!
