All ability levels are invited to participate
· Team consist of 1 adult and 1 child
· Teams will grouped by age
· All participants receive a T-shirt and race day snacks
Triathlon will include timed:
· 10 min. swim in the pool
· 20 min. stationary bike ride
· 15 min. run on a treadmill
· Adult and child team

Each week your child will learn a new sport. Instructors teach basic skills, fundamentals, and teamwork and have fun in a safe environment.
