The Results Are In!

YMCA StaffYMCA Staff celebrate the positive results. Pictured (left - right) Bev Vergere, Scott Gaalaas, Jeanie Isom, John Osborn, and Jan Pate

During the first several months of 2008, some of our members were contacted by SEER Analytics, an independent organization contracted by the YMCA, to conduct a member satisfaction survey. This survey has been conducted for the past several years and the results this year were OUTSTANDING! We improved from previous years in virtually every category, often times dramatically.

We would like to thank the members who paticipated in the survey and everyone who has given us feedback throughout the year. We want you to know we are listening and working hard on improving our service to you everyday. We realize that there is still work to be done so please continue to let us know how we can improve.

In celebration of this news, Friday June 27th was deemed staff appreciation day. Staff received a special gift from the YMCA and all enjoyed cake and a party. Way to go YMCA staff!
