Alex Wood '97 joins the Office of College and Alumni Relations and the Office of Admission in cordially inviting entering students, Grinnell alumni of all ages, current students, and faculty and staff in the area for the summer (and families of all the above) to the Grinnell in Denver summer picnic. See old friends, make new ones, and give a special welcome to the just-graduated class of 2009 and the entering class of 2013.

Potluck instructions: please bring a dish to share based on the list below.

If your last name begins with:
A-H, salad
I-Q, desserts
R-Z, side dishes (finger foods, chips, cheese, crackers, etc.)

As host, Alex will provide cups, plates, napkins, flatware, and ice. He'll also provide meat for grilling and beverages.

Directions:
From the North and Northeast:
Take Santa Fe Dr south to Mineral Ave. Turn right on Mineral. Go about 1.5 miles to Ames Way. Turn left. We are at the end of the block on the right.

From the South:
Take C470 west to Platte Canyon Rd exit. Turn right onto Platte Canyon Rd. Take the 2nd left onto Canyon Trl. Take 2nd right on Ames Way. Go 2 blocks to our house.

From the West and Northwest:
Take C470 south to Ken Caryl Ave exit. Turn left on Ken Caryl Ave. Go about 5 miles. Turn right on Ames Way. We are at the end of the block on the right.
