Visit Guardian at 113th Metalcasting Congress
Be sure to visit Booth 520 at the 113th Metalcasting Congress, April 8th and 9th, in Las Vegas for your chance to "touch" Guardian's latest Imaging and Workflow Automation Solutions:  Paperlean Routings, Touch Screen Data Collection, Time & Attendance.

In addition to these solutions, be sure to ask for additional information pertaining to Guardian's Alerts, Certifications and our optional Part Serialization Tracking.

Through the use of all of these solutions, Guardian can eliminate the need for printed documents and meet the need to manufacture in a more environmentally responsible way.

Paperlean Routings:  By taking advantage of touch screen technology the user may view all job related information including job instructions, pictures, movies, documents, and more, directly from the operator's workstation.

Touch Screen Data Collection:  Guardian has redesigned the labor entry screen to allow for the collection of labor without the use of a printed document.  In addition, operators may now run simple reports, perform MSDS searches and view schedule dispatching, all from the operator's workstation.

Alerts:  Integrated into the Guardian System is a powerful real-time event driven or on-demand "Alert" messaging system, allowing managers and operators to communicate within the Guardian Foundry System.  An example of its powerful use is that managers can receive immediate notification of a process start or finish.

Certifications:  Guardian has taken the hassle out of preparing certifications needed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities to your customers by providing a simple method at the time of shipment for mechanical, chemical, NDT, and Certificate of Conformance certifications, as well as any third-party certifications.

Part Serialization Tracking:  Guardian now gives you the ability to assign serial numbers and track serialized parts throughout the course of the manufacturing process.  Serial Number collection points are now at Labor Ticket Entry, Issuing Outside Process Purchase Orders, Receiving Outside Process Purchase Orders, Work In Process Receipts, and Shipping.

Guardian will have representatives available to demonstrate how your foundry can save time and money while taking your processes to new heights of productivity with our Imaging and Workflow Automation Solutions.  Hope to see you in Vegas.
