"The breadth of Warrior Consultant Group, Inc.'s knowledge and skills has benefitted Petitti Garden Centers as they move multiple facets of their company into more advanced stages of information technology. Warrior has been there to assist with integration of retail software with MAS 200, suggest new equipment technology, program custom software when the vendor walked away, and suggest software for new applications (timekeeping)."

Help Protect Our Environment
What actions are you taking to conserve, preserve and help save our environment? It's easier than you think to make a difference. A few ideas are:
Recycle your printer cartridges - Walgreen's will refill your cartridges for a fraction of what a new one would cost. Often times they will run deals such as a free set of digital prints when you recycle with them.
Don't throw away your print outs; instead, cut the sheets into squares and use the blank side for scrap paper.
Help cut down on waste: Try reusing boxes that shipments come in instead of throwing them away. |

Maximize Your Company's Potential |
Penny Pincher. Lean and Mean. Thrifty. In our tough economy, these words might describe how many of us proceed throughout our day, whether spending for business or pleasure. Bottom line, on average, 34% of us have cut back on our spending. One thing we can't and shouldn't skimp on though are our relationships with our customers.
So what do your customers want? Lifestyle changes, behavioral cues and customer attitudes all can affect a customer's buying behavior. Studies show that customers want to be nurtured through an exceptional Customer Service Program. As more and more business is generated through online activity, customers want specific needs addressed:
- An option to speak live with a customer service agent
- An ability to locate information quickly and
- E-mails answered promptly
Addressing these simple expectations and building customer loyalty through a rock solid customer service plan could provide an insulating factor in this tough economy. Some great ways to lift this off the ground are:
- Hold "Team Building Exercises" - 'Whoever gets the most wins' strategy works great and gets results. Target e-mail responses and follow up phone calls to your customers but remember to offer incentives to get your staff interested and involved. Make it fun!
- Make sure all the links in your website work and that people can actually find the information they want, quickly.
- Generally, people don't want to fill out a 'request for information form'; they want it NOW. Consider this when thinking about your website and how it could be enhanced.
Face it, companies are more careful than ever about who they spend their money with and people who genuinely care about their needs will more than likely get the call first when a new product or upgrade is needed. When dealing with your customer, whether new or existing, remember the Triple R's: Revenue, Relationship, Return. Ideally, you want the revenue from a sale, but you need to cultivate the relationship to get the customer to return time and again.
OurMas 90 and Mas 200 software packages from Sage can provide you with an invaluable tool: A Customer Relationship Management module that will boost sales, increase service levels and improve customer loyalty: a positive impact to your bottom line. Together, Warrior, MAS 90 and MAS 200 are helping clients focus on their customer relationship management needs.
"In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: people, product and profits. Unless you've got a good team, you can't do much with the other two." Lee Iacocca

Fall is the best time of year. Thanksgiving, football, crisp Autumn days and a time to reflect on where we've been and where we want to go in the upcoming year. Hold your head high, listen to what others are saying and treat them as you wish to be treated; it will come back to you. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve your business needs and for taking the time to read our newsletter. For those of you who have read this far: the first five people that send me a welcome e-mail will receive a $25 gift card to Applebee's. Good luck!
