"Baseball was, is and always will be to me the best game in the world" --Babe Ruth
ABC Nation,
The weekly training sessions this week have been some of the best to date. The level of intensity has been extremely high and the ABC staff has reported several "stand out" individuals who seem to have an extra spark when going about their business. One of the hallmark's of the ABC organization is our weekly indoor development workshops. The staff and I have a carefully planned curriculum guaranteeing that each player gets professional instruction and max reps related to helping them become better baseball players. Below are some actions shots from this week: (pic far left) Coach Gary working with pitchers in the Own the Zone pitchers workshop; bottom middle Coach Mirizzi demonstrates proper technique in our Arm Care / Throwing Dynamics workshop; far right Coach Braukman demonstrating technique in our SWINGTHERAPY workshop:

If you have not registered for your weekly indoor workshops please visit the ABC summer home page (or your team page) to find the Registration Link. There you will find our online registration form and details regarding how to get plugged in.
Memorial Day weekend
By design there are no activities scheduled for this Sat (5/26), Sun (5/27) or Mon (5/28). We have had a productive and busy month of May and look forward to an extremely intense June and July. Do your mind and body a favor and rest, relax, and enjoy time with your family. Baseball is a marathon, not a sprint.
*final exams start next week (the ABC staff is well aware). Ball players should prioritize their academics over baseball workouts. During "finals week" we will host a regular week of indoor sessions for those who have taken care of academic business first. The week of finals presents scheduling challenges for ball players unlike any other week of the year. Again, we understand.

All ball players and at least one parent are required to attend. Please register your family for one of the two remaining meetings. Attendance at one of these meetings is required prior to participating in tournaments
