Greetings!
We really put together some helpful tips and links for all of our readers this month. You will want to save this one and maybe even pass it on to a friend or co-worker. We hope you enjoy it and please, let us know if you have some ideas that you would like us to share with our readers.
Sincerely,
James S. Hinshaw

Just Sell

When we push the power button on our computers, we just want the machine to work. When we turn the key in our ignition, we just want the car to start.
The details of what goes on to make the button and the key work are only interesting (or valuable) to the enthusiast. Most of us though, only care that the machine works.
To become SalesGreat! Minimize your need to go into unnecessary detail with your prospects and customers (and even with your colleagues).

It's On My Heart Mike had a great adventure this last month. He also had one of the most frustrating days ever. Here is how it unfolded. If you remember, Mike is the son who bought the Harley last year. A Sportster 1200 custom. Now I want to be clear. He picked it out. OK, he was swayed by a low interest rate loan, really affordable payments.
Raise your hand if you have ever owned a Harley. You know what happens next. The Harley is the down-payment on what you spend on the stuff to make it sound loud, look sharp, and go fast. Mostly just look sharp. You've got to get a leather jacket. Then the vest. Then about 700 shirts, one from every HD store you visit on a trip anywhere. But I digress. Mike bought new saddle-bags last month. Just after, he met up with a group of riders from his HOG chapter. For those of you who don't know, the HOG chapter is the Harley Owners Group that Mike has joined, these are the brothers who love to ride as much as Mike does.
