Investing In Ourselves
We believe that the most important investment a
person could make would be in themselves.
Increasing knowledge is a great gift to give
yourselves for the holidays and you may find it in the
form of a book.
Yes, books, that old form of communication that is
not battery powered, and will work even if you have
no power at all. OK, so ya have to have some light,
but you get the drift. So what books would I

A Year In Review
|

Our Lives Today
Almost exactly one year ago, we moved to Fort
Collins, Colorado. We were not sure if this move
would be positive or negative. Let me be quick to
assure you, it was a great move on our part. We
now live three houses away from our genius
grandson, McKade, in a town of 125,000 people,
really laid back and slow paced.
The business has prospered. We have added new
seminars and workshops this year, and even added
to our staff (see article on Hinshaw and Sons). We
now have 9 separate meetings we can put together,
we touch everyone in the supply chain in our
business.
But enough about us. This is my favorite time of the
year, simply because I begin to reflect on the people
who are important to me. So I would suggest you do
the same. Think of those people who have helped
you in the past, friends and customers. This is the
perfect time of the year to drop them a line or visit.
I am breaking bread with both Steve Howard and Jim
Donley this month, they are my mentors. Think of
family, friends and business relations, and let them
know they are on your mind. It will bless them and
you.
