Why You're Not Really the Boss

September 4, 2012 at 9:00am

Even the boss has to report to somebody. You may think you work for yourself, but these are the people you really work for.

Here's one question I get asked all the time: It must be great to work for yourself, right?

The stakes are high and the pressure is on. Here's how great bosses respond in challenging situations.

Women's Event coming up this month, and lots of new events in store!
Greetings!

Dave Erickson

September marks the end our current training schedule. In a few weeks Jessica Lambert will have created a new 3 month schedule of technical business training seminars, workshops and events.

A lot of exciting training is still on store for this month. On September 11th at 6 p.m. we will have a How to Improve Your Collections: Better Accounts Receivable seminar taught by a local expert. Many businesses face cash flow problems because too much money is tied up in accounts receivable due to less than average credit and collection policies.

This seminar will help you improve your collections, putting more cash in your business bank account where it belongs instead of someone else's bank account.

As they say, Cash is King in a small business!

Best Regards,

Dave Erickson, Director
