A New Outlook for the New Year
I hope everyone's holidays were safe and joyful. The beginning of a new year is exciting and it is a good time to refocus on priorities in our lives and businesses.
One article I read recently from INC. magazine caught my attention and I thought it was a good reminder for all of us who have customers.
The title of the article was Do You Like Your Customers? It goes into the importance of having a culture that values and appreciates customers who choose to spend their time and money with your business.
This is best done by starting with leadership from the owners and managers, which also includes insuring hiring customer focused employees.
Consider taking time this new year to learn more about your customers, and look at the culture of your business. Does your culture say you like your customers?
