In order to be eligible for nomination and election to the Board, a person must be either: a) a property owner that has fully paid into the district, or b) a business owner that leases property in the district, or c) a resident that lives in the district. 

There are five (5) property owner vacancies, two (2) business owner vacancies, and two (2) resident vacancies.

Board members play an vital role in our neighborhood; making major decisions and developing policies for the organization. For this reason,  each Board member is required to serve on at least one committee, and attend the regular meetings of the Board of Directors.

Since 2006, the North of Market/Tenderloin Community Benefit District has worked to clean, beautify, and bring safety initiatives to the Tenderloin community. We invite you to become part of this important work by serving on our Board of Directors.
