- City of Seattle has issued an RFP for Regional Transportation Recovery Annex: Training, Exercise & Evaluation Program
- The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Contracting & Procurement Division, Branch 2 (C&PD2), Long Range Enforcer Product Line (LREPL) to solicit an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for dockside repairs and miscellaneous ship repairs for various 378' high endurance cutters, 418' maritime security cutters large, and other Coast Guard cutters home moorage in Seattle, Washington. This contract will consist of a 12-month base year and four 12-month option year.

Seattle Housing Authority begins implementation of its Last Friday Drop-In Days. With few exceptions, the "Last Friday" of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., staff from Seattle Housing's purchasing division will welcome vendors, contractors and consultants interested in doing business with the agency.
The DoD SBIR 2011.3 and STTR 2011.B solicitations were pre-released on July 28th. For SBIR 11.3 the Army, Navy, DARPA, and OSD-ASD and for STTR 11.B the Air Force, MDA and OSD-ASD invite small businesses to submit proposals under these solicitations. During the pre-release period, which ends on August 28, you may contact the topic authors directly (contact information is listed with the topic) to ask technical questions about specific solicitation topics. The DoD will begin accepting proposals for both solicitations on August 29, 2011 and will close to proposals for both solicitations on September 28, 2011 at 6:00 a.m. ET. Plan ahead and submit your proposal early to avoid the risk of website inaccessibility due to heavy usage on the final day.
