Take Note ...
NAVFAC NW 8(a) Business Outreach -- Feb. 24, 2011 (noon to 3 p.m.) in the Mary Bonnin Room in the Naval Undersea Museum, Keyport. The outreach event will include an overview of Navy safety program requirements and networking opportunities. Small 8(a) businesses attending should be prepared to provide a line card or capabilities statement. There is no cost to attend, but reservations are required -- contact Steve Shapro, NAVFAC NW Deputy for Small Business at 360.396.0038 or steve.shapro@navy.mil to RSVP. Specific areas of interest for construction related projects at Bangor, Keyport and Indian Island are:
