Affordable Health Care for America Act
ACT NOW! MAKE A DIFFERENCE! 
Last Thursday, House Leadership in Washington released their health reform package, the Affordable Health Care for America Act (H.R. 3962). The bill ensures access to quality, stable, affordable health care; promotes competition; slows the growth in health care costs; and improves the quality of care. While this bill is not perfect, it is an historic step forward that we believe needs to be supported. For more information about the bill, see Community Catalyst's summary of the bill. The House will vote on this bill as early as this Friday. This is the moment we have been working toward for months. Every Member of the House needs to hear from his or her constituents in the next 24 hours. Members need to know that people from their home states will support them when they cast a vote in favor of the bill.
