Spring is Here: Stock Up on Sunscreen
It's Springtime! Be sure to replenish your sunscreen supply. If you are going to a sunny get-a-way, be sure to pick up Heliocare, sun protective supplement pills, in our office or order online. When UV rays hit our skin, it causes free radicals to form which leads to damage to our DNA and increases brown spots and wrinkles. By using daily sunscreen and taking Heliocare, we can diminish those effects. You do not want skin cancer! It is usually on the face and always leaves a scar. Topical antioxidants help, but you must be careful to only use those that are scientifically proven. There is a mass market of "topical antioxidants" but many do not work. Pearlhill Pearls Skincare Event Friday, March 23rd
March 23rd from 1-4pm we will be hosting a special skincare event along with Pearlhill pearls. Pam Freitus was a nurse at our office until she was forced to transfer to the hill country. She has built a thriving pearl business via her contacts in China where she once lived for 3 years. We will have specials on all of our products at this event along with free UV photographs. Come for special graduation and wedding gifts and update your skin care regimen to get ready for your summer events.
