 Fall Edition
October 2009
Greetings!

Fall is upon us and marks the ideal time to take advantage of several different procedures to help correct sundamage and turn back the aging clock.  We are introducing some new peels to our practice that will be excellent at lightening brown spots and stimulating new collagen formation.

Our new procedure this fall is called Zerona.  It is a non-invasive low-level laser that helps shrink the fat cells in 2 weeks.  Patients can expect between 3-7 inches lost over the 6 treatments.

Dysport, Botox's new competitor, has been a big hit thus far and is offering a $75 rebate thru the end of the month.  This is a great value and is in addition to the lower patient cost per area.

We also have had great success with a new topical acne and perioral dermatitis agent called Aczone.  This drug will not replace Differin or Retin-A but is an additional agent we can use to help avoid oral antibiotics.

Lastly, just want to make you aware of a great 5K run taking place at Johnson Elementary across the street from our office on Saturday, October 17th.  We are trying to raise money to help provide more shade structures for the playground.  I have had one teacher with very sun sensitive skin who has had problems with playground duty since there is minimal shading available.  The children do receive mileage credit at their respective running clubs.  Click here for more information.
Zerona Fat Reduction
adipose
Zerona is one of the first non-invasive devices that actually helps remove fat droplets from the adipose cell.  We have been very impressed with the studies that have been done and the feedback from having just 6 treatments over a 2 week period.  You can expect to lose approximately 3-7 inches.  We have already had a large demand for this procedure and are offering it for $2500.  Let Zerona jump start your diet.  We can also help coordinate a visit with a dietician and trainer.
Vitalize Peel by SkinMedica
adipose
This non-invasive superficial chemical peel utilizes a novel approach to chemical peeling with a newer generation of alpha-hydroxy acids (mandelic acid and malic acid) in combination with phytic acid and commonly used peeling agents (salicylic acid and resorcinol) to maximize skin rejuvenating effects with low irritation.  $125.  Bring in this email with your first peel and leave with a full size SkinMedica cleanser.
